As an attorney, what I enjoy most is being in constant touch with the realities of life. I witness beautiful moments that restore faith in humanity and confront the darkest aspects that remind us why we fight for justice. Being a lawyer allows me to continually learn something new every day. Not only do I expand my knowledge of the law, but I also gain insights into the world, history, business, society, and human nature. I am at the forefront of our nation's activity because we are a nation governed by laws. However, the most fascinating aspect for me is the people. My calendar is filled with individuals from diverse backgrounds. From preachers facing bankruptcy to small business owners seeking unpaid dues, from Haitian fathers striving for citizenship to millionaires longing for proper restoration of their Lamborghini.
